One of our forklifts at the yard started puking oil and had a dead miss. The valve cover was leaking badly and I assumed the spark plug tube seal(s) were letting oil into the combustion chamber.
Called local forklift supply house. Over $400 for valve cover gasket, plugs and wires.
Realized the lift had the same 1FZ (straight 6 Toy jargon) as a Land cruiser of the same year. Rock Auto shipped me a FelPro gasket set and NGK plugs and wires for under 1/4 of that.
So, Sunday was spent wrenching on a NASTY, oil and grease covered lift.
But she's fixered.
Pro tip: wear gloves when using oven cleaner. I left a couple layers of skin in the parking lot

Finally getting the shop back together. Big stuff is back in place. Still not wired, but at least I can decide if it’s where I want it since I repositioned a lot of things.

More old jars from my grandmas house. Mom said these were left in a house they moved into when she was a kid.

I hope whoever did that won the blue ribbon at the county fair because that seems like a lot of work to stack those green beans lol.

HOA likely banned having gas powered generators in the neighborhood. Notice the beginning of the letters says, "Non-HOA Homeowner"
