My only thought was dang, they didn't shave you either. I gave up and let time take care of several when I went in for a scare! Get that back better so you can keep shaming all of us potatoes into being active!

Been to the hospital for back issues a time or two, that was back in my 20's, never passed out from it, so that must have been some fun pain! Did they at least send you home with an easter basket full of the good stuff?

Just remember, enjoy today, cuz tomorrow will probably be worse!

Anti inflammatory med and muscle relaxers for comfort.
Wife picked up some Cadbury eggs and brewed a pot of coffee.
I'm all set now!

I get some relief from back pain with Aspercreme.it works fast and does'nt stink like the stuff w menthol.
I think it's funny that they named it aspercreme cuase I rub it on my left cheek when my sciatica flares up. The whole cheek will get in a knot and it feels like my hip is gonna pop out of socket.The stuff makes it better in 5 mins.I've also found putting it on my left calf can help with the sciatica stiffness in my leg.

Did they give you any indication on why you passed out? Or was the pain that bad? Glad you are home and better....

Careful with those muscle relaxers, they sent me home with a fist full of Flexeril back in the day, they are like time bombs in your stomach, they might put you down 15 mins or 4 hours after you take them, for me, I was pretty much worthless for 10-12 hrs. after they kicked in.

Pain that bad. Degenerative disc disease is popping up again.

I made it to the next to last step and screamed for my 110# wife to help me. Last thing I remember is her trying to hold me up. I fainted and fell backwards, smacking my head and landed on my back. She slapped the piss out of me to bring me to, but I was unresponsive. Then I started gasping for air and regained consciousness before passing out again. Woke up in a pool of sweat on my hands and knees shivering (shut up @McCracken, @braxton357 and @Loganwayne).
That's when it was time for a ride to the hospital.
