Random Thoughts.....

On the passing of another Halloween I have to wonder about the fan favorite Reese's Cup. On the commercial they show people nibbling them or taking a single bite. I wonder who actually takes one bite at a time. I eat the whole thing in one shot.

edit: I almost considered making a poll
 
Time changes this weekend!
Aaaan... I'll be in CA at a huge conference starting Sat afternoon.
Which means (1) getting that hour back wll be a nice bonus on helping me deal w/ the time zone change and (2) there's going to be about 15,000 non-Americans who are really confused on Monday morning when they show up an hour early :eek::D

Answer: Recorded time stays consistent, but current time alternates. The first child being born 2 minutes ahead of the second would have to honored for chronological accuracy.
 
I believe in ETs but I find it odd that the believers on tv talk about the gumbmnt ordering child sized coffins right after the Roswell event as proof that the "crash" was a UFO and had alien fatalities.

I'm pretty sure gub. would study/dissect/autopsy/freeze etc. the bodies, but ain't no way they would ever chuck them in the clay in a pine box.

Along those lines, 44 people (and counting) have literally been burned alive in California. BURNED ALIVE!!!! and yet this is the "headline"

Lets talk about these idols and the loss of their "Homes"

Like my wife said, it's likely one of 10 homes these conceded bastards own

I'm in this boat. As a majority, I feel most entertainers are basically jesters of the court. However, some transcend the norm and provide something more than mindless entertainment. I'll call it a 90/10 split.

Have you seen the one floating around...no idea of validity...but the house is burning in the background, and firemen are pushing a GT350 to safety. I can almost assume that's not protocol, and against the 'rules'...but I got a chuckle. The house can be rebuilt, the Shelby GT350 is irreplaceable.
 
I like Christmas music, but I don't like hearing it one week after Halloween. There should be a ban on any radio station playing Christmas music until 1 min past midnight on Thanksgiving Day.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying there aren't entertainers I don't enjoy...however...they are just that, entertainers. I'm not going to put any extra weight in to what they say or if they died, than anyone else I don't have some kind of real life connection with.

I have no idea who that guy is but that EB was the very first thing I saw too, and it brought a tear to my eye.

I caught that too, and I first saw the pic embedded in an article about the fires that made no comment about the car.
My first thought was, "Thank god they saved that car" lol
