Shitter/shower combo

@CasterTroy we actually had a L&L on a shower waterproofing system a couple of weeks ago where they presented this as an option.

ANSI compliance on the shower is probably going to be a bitch, though. They don't really give you a lot of options.

Humidity is in the entire bathroom, anyway. Extracting it from the house is the exhaust fan's job.

That's my biggest fear, was that there wasn't a reference. And these local boys are all about a reference or page number.

Really common in Europe. It freaked me out. Stayed in a hostel in Bulgaria and it took me a good half hour to find the shower. It felt really awkward taking a shower in there.

Never seen this done on a house plan. Why anyone would want to is beyond me. Surely more space could be made available for a crapper.

I think it would really limit prospective buyers.

Never mind- saw you mentioned this for a dorm. Yuck!

Everything in a dorm should be made to wash-down spec, so you can pressure wash all the DNA away between occupants.

That is exactly what they did to wash the bathroom in my suite at NCSU, weekly!

Talk to wife who is a designer and she said this concept would work well in a tiny house if you wanted that large shower feel but wanted to save space.. but if you live with a partner and they need to take a crap when someone is showering it would bring the suck

definitely would be... awkward.

Well maybe it depends which way the toilet faces o_O

Or you're showering in your dorm room and one of your (4) suite-mates gets a case of the back door trots
