Son made it over and had a great day! Ribs look a bit dark due to too much cherry late in the smoke, but were dead on tender and flavorful. Had a cigar while the sun set. Nice day.Ribs goin' on.

I think the picture makes them look thicker than they really were. The grill was on about 375-400 and they were on there maybe 15-20 minutes and I kept flipping them. They were nice and tender.Those look like some pretty thick chops. I buy some very thick pork chops from Costco but when I grill them they never get cooked all the way thru. I usually cut them in half now to cool thoroughly and have more.
You grilling them longer on low heat?
