I gained the clearance needed to drop my bar down flush with the roof.

But the best thing was Strader saying "Daddy they are too bright for the dog and me in here!!" I think I need a kick back for this photo and his slogan on these things!!!

Worked on the buggy a few mins tonight. Been collecting alot of parts the past few weeks. I got my toy to dana 300 adapter but a piece was mismachined so it has to wait. I got the steering column, it was pretty cool watching the guys a Harvicks shop weld it while it was sumerged in water to keep the bearings cool. I rolled the hood bar tighter tonight, that is alot of work btw.

I got two of these coolers, one for oil, one for powersteering. They are off a APU unit for airplanes. I will use brake duct cooler fans to blow over then, they are almost the same as the ones they use on the planes. I about had a heartattack when I saw the price of these things new.... Lets just around $3200 for the pair!!! It's amazing what you find in dumpsters...

Nice build. I like the coolers.

They will also double as heaters in the winter!! I'm going to run duct up to each seat so I have a heat source.

Got my new wheels, picking up the tires in Harlan...
Now the question is to powder coat or keep polishing them? They are forge raceline lines so the are polished with no clear coat...
