Ok think I got my pinon angle dialed in .used Tom woods website to help with a few questions. What's the max angle the pinon can point upwards ? Just to make sure. Mine don't look crazy just asking .

can someone give me some insigt on waggy springs. ive seen they will stretch the wheel base 2 inchs and gives a 2 inch lift. id like the 2 inch stretch but dont want the lift part , does anyone have any insight on this ?

did alittle to the jeep this weekend. got the tubes put in the front tires. then got around to getting the back axle up in the air so i could run the brake lines fromthe calipers to the brakeline splitter. got the driver line ran ,went to do the other side , :( not enough line ! oh well taking off wensday just to work on the jeep. should have called this build The Nap Time Project , cause thats usually the only time i get to work on it is when my lil mans napping. lol

ok got alot done yesterday on my day off. got all brake lines for the rear complete and all bowed front shackle isssue resolved from the front perchs on the axle being 1/2 inch wider on each side that factory yj perchs. can any post some pics of their shock set up with a yj set up like mine please. trying to figure out placement especialy on the rear.

Kelly,
On ther rear, I used the stock upper mounts and relocated the lower mounts up on the axle tube to get them out of the rocks. On the front I cut of the stock mounts and bolted on some F250/350/Excursion shock mounts. Lets you run a lot longer shock for more flex. I also moved the lower mounts up on the axle tube on those as well. It worked really well. I am still running the front leaf/shock set up.
