Man o man, tractor time is a real thing. I cleared the area between the woods and the left side of the shop where the left shelter is going. I can take the grapple, angle it slightly down and clean out laurel and brush including the roots.
I needed to take down three 8-10” trees in that area. I pushed on the 3 trees with it, loader raised high and notched the trees which were leaning the opposite of where I needed them to go. Pushed them right over
Cleaning up is a snap, just push up the stuff, grab it and carry to my brush depository.
Smoothed the area with the box blade and ready to build the left side shelter.
Taking the oak to the area I process firewood.
There was about 200’ like this, easy to make rounds.
I have 8.5 hours on it, down to 1/4 tank so I think it’s decent on fuel use.
