60-120’s = jog for 2 mins sprint for 1. Until you’re breakfast comes out. Over time you bump those times longer for sprints and shorter for jogs. Don’t ever replace straight running with sprints though.

I’ve started the PRT app this week to get a solid routine set and stick to it until I ship out! 60/120s are nice, brutal but I can hang with them for a few miles and still keep breakfast! I’m gonna swap and do 120/60s by fri and see how that goes.. I know there’s a lot I need to improve but running is my only concern before bct, strength training I’ll progress in quickly I feel like, still lacking on damn pull-ups tho... lol but getting better slowly on everything I’ve focused On so far!
