What are you having for dinner?

Chicken breasts in coconut mango sauce with onion and fresh mushrooms.

1 hour at 350, uncovered last 20 minutes.

More fish last night. Lemon pepper black sea bass. Green beans and slaw.

Green beans were great. Started off with onions, garlic, fresh Porta Bella mushrooms in a fry pan. After onions were done and mushrooms browned, added a can of drained green beans. Added a little onion powder and black pepper.

Did up a lamb roast with some roasted potatoes and fresh slaw.

I used two cloves garlic, diced onion, oregano, fresh coriander (cilantro), salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice, and olive oil for the roast. Did it in the sous vide for 7.5 hours from frozen. Finished with a sear (and MAYBE triggered the smoke alarm doing it).
 
Pan fried mystery fish (unlabeled zip lock in the freezer) with baked tater, slaw and sautéed onions, peppers, and mushrooms.

Had a request for an encore performance....more pan-fried mystery fish, some fried Porta Bella shrooms, slaw, brussel sprouts.

Shepherd's pie and steamed cabbage for St. Patrick's Day. Dropped the ball on Irish beer, so it's Shiner in my Wall Drug glass...
