Had to finish it off in the oven after the temp probe error kept throwing on the Pit Boss. A+ customer service from them though. One quick phone call and they are sending me parts no questions asked.

A friends PB cabinet kept having issues with the temp sensor... basically it was getting too wet from being next to the wall at the bottom and shorting it out. Dont think that would be an issue with a grill though.

Not that anyone would travel to Marietta Georgia on purpose, especially not the side of town I'm on, but here's where I was.. IL MEE KOREAN RESTAURANT

No pics, but for dinner tonight we had:

Sliced turkey
Baked potato
Oven roasted broccoli and cauliflower
The fire department

....seems that we hit the smoke point of the olive oil when we cooked the broccoli and cauliflower. :(

At least we learned A) the alarm system works B) alarm.com called the right fire department C) it only takes them 10 minutes to rally at the station and get here

Cauliflower was still good, even though it was toasted more than roasted.

^^actually, got a call from alarm.com, before fire department was dispatched, and I cancelled the call. Evidently, while I was on the phone with them, and also keying in the codes to clear the alarm, it sent a *second* fire alert to the central monitoring....on a second alert, they dispatch without a call....

Haven't bothered to fry cornbread in a long while but we had a hankering for butter beans.

preheat grill med-high

mix spices: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, sesame seeds, lemon-pepper seasoning (i mix 1/4-1/2 tsp of each together)

sprinkle on both sides of fish

spray grill with oil (PAM)

cook for 7 minutes

while it cooks, melt 1/2-3/4 cup butter, stir in about a Tsp of garlic, about a Tsp of parsley. (I use microwave defrost.)

pour 1/2 butter mixture over fish, then turn over and pour on remainder (grill will flare up)

cook for about 4-5 more minutes until it flakes

in last minute or two of cooking, drizzle a Tsp or so of olive oil over each filet.
