I see that low key flex with the chef's knife...

A coworker moved to Benson and I asked him to go down to Mac's and get me some air dried sausage....

He got 5 lbs.

Thick cut pork chops with some meat church seasoning and deer tenderloins fresh off the grill.

2 sausage biscuits and some tater casserole ....and i just gnawed the rest of the sausage for desert.

Had a bit of the sausage left over so i cut it up and put it a pot of caned collards...

Gonna try to air fry some breaded tilapia too, never ate Tilpia before and i've never put raw fish in the air fryer.......

The talpia was nasty, i took 2 bites and put in the compost ...... I got some real fish today....fresh Sockeye on the the pitboss. Put some rub and and glaze w bbq sauce and whiskey on them for an hour in the fridge. No pics of the plate i was too busy eating it w corn on the cob and a baked tater..

it was very good...

Pizza on Monday night. This will always be one of my favorite Chicago-style pizzas.

Couldn't wait til Friday.

Grilled flounder, slaw, riced cauliflower/sweet potato for Renee, roasted red potatoes for me.

Low country boil tonight with fresh large shrimp, new taters, sweet corn, hot links, onions, shrooms, and Sea Eagle seafood boil seasoning. Best meal we’ve had all week in the low country.

Did broiled flounder for supper, and also cut up one filet and tried it in the air fryer. It was pretty danged good.

First time smoking/grilling a pizza a on the pitboss a Popa murphy's thin crust. It was pretty good but I should of pulled it off 5 mins. sooner, the crust was bit crunchy .

Leftovers for lunch today from our birthday dinner last night. Red drum, chicken, shrimps and more.

#nopics but we had a nice dinner at The Pita Wheel in Dallas with @GONOVRIT and his wife. And it was pleasant enough to sit outside.
