The talpia was nasty, i took 2 bites and put in the compost ...... I got some real fish today....fresh Sockeye on the the pitboss. Put some rub and and glaze w bbq sauce and whiskey on them for an hour in the fridge. No pics of the plate i was too busy eating it w corn on the cob and a baked tater..

Bone-in BBQ chicken breast in sous vide, baked tater in the air fryer. Gotta find a green veggie.

Grilled flounder, slaw, riced cauliflower/sweet potato for Renee, roasted red potatoes for me.

Did broiled flounder for supper, and also cut up one filet and tried it in the air fryer. It was pretty danged good.

First time smoking/grilling a pizza a on the pitboss a Popa murphy's thin crust. It was pretty good but I should of pulled it off 5 mins. sooner, the crust was bit crunchy .

#nopics but we had a nice dinner at The Pita Wheel in Dallas with @GONOVRIT and his wife. And it was pleasant enough to sit outside.
