What have you done for your health today?

Floating around 212 right now. 4 weeks ago I was 227. Been eating a lot better and not drinking during the week and limited on weekends. Strength numbers are still up so thats great. Looking to settle around 190ish and have somewhat visible abs in the near future...

Still working out 5-6x a week. Looking for more dumbbells and a GHD machine.
 
@jeepin' jen we are talking about doing it as well. It looks very challenging.

In other news, we picked up a GHD and another rower over the weekend. Still need more dumbbells and plates but we can manage with what we have for now.

I was 209.6 on Friday, had a bunch of people over all weekend and had quite a few beers. Popped up to 211 and change this morning but will be down under 200 in a week or two.
 
Someone stole all the concrete blocks we had stashed at our F3 location a few months ago. Concrete blocks are awesome to work out with, they weigh nearly 40 pounds each and only cost $1.81 each at Lowe’s. So since I was leading the workout today, I asked the guys to bring some new blocks. They did, and our workout went like this:

I really need to start doing something. But excuse #1 it is hard to fit into my schedule. But I need to make it happen.
 
Me and the wife ate a whole pack of shredded hash browns, almost a whole pack of pork tenderloin and some eggs.....skipped lunch and rode Mayodan Farris Memorial Park. Did all they had twice. Not @Jody Treadway shredding but the wife was wooped and I know I did something. Almost 7 miles.
Made chicken and corn on the cob with the grill for supper. Chillin with a few beers around the fire.
Food, little exercise, and some relaxing. Best part is zero stress today.
 
Gf cooked a vegan stew to put over some brown rice and I swung by the food lion and picked up a jar of curry. Im floating around 174-179 and running sub 7 min miles before my workouts. Today was chest day, been drinking my protein shakes using oats milk.
