Day 12 now and it definitely requires planning & time management, especially getting in the 2 workouts. I've been getting up at 4:25am to get the indoor workout out of the way (typically a crossfit-style workout with lifting, metcon, & rowing). After work, I either walk or go for a bike ride. Thank goodness I've only had to walk in the rain once so far (I immediately ordered a new rain jacket afterwards). Huge thing is getting water down to prevent getting up every hour at night to pee (I try to be done by 1:30pm).@jeepin' jen we are talking about doing it as well. It looks very challenging.
Oh no, that's just when I finish my gallon - I keep drinking water throughout the day/night! I quit drinking soda about a month ago so it's water or no-calorie tea after that initial gallon is gone.@jeepin' jen....awesome! keep up the good work. I'm also trying to plan out how we will do it. We typically workout around 6pm(lifting/crossfit etc). I'm planning on running/walking around lunch every day. Thats crazy you stop drinking water around 1:30pm, I usually have another 48oz or so after working out. I'm usually good with water and get around 100+oz a day, the reading shouldn't be a challenge as I enjoy it. The hard part will remember taking pictures/2x a day workout.
