What have you done to your rig today?

Rounding 3rd on the 3 link. Panhard gave me a fit but it's done and I just need to do bump stops now.

I ordered a few goodies for my RZR. Hopefully I'll manage to get in on a riding trip this year, but if not, oh well.

Anyway, I'm catching up on some actual *needed* items. Safety third...right? I'm pretty jazzed about the mount I decided on. It's simple, solid, and suuuper easy to detach and reattach with one hand. It shouldn't rattle either, but time will tell.

The mount is from Tek208. They make several different sizes and even a flat backed one that can be bolted to whatever you may have. This one has 1.75" clamps on the mount body and 3" clamps on the extinguisher side.

I went with an Amerex model B410, which is a 2.5 lb Purple K extinguisher. I figured it would be better suited to the SXS world since it was developed as a better alternative to put out grease, oil, and fuel fires. Plus, from what I've read, it's non-toxic. Of course, I wouldn't inhale any of them...ideally. Readings also have said it's less corrosive than an ABC after the fact.

I suppose I should get one for my trucks as well. Or at least one that I can put in whichever truck I'm driving at the time.

You can anchor them however, but you need the tube to protect your spine
Also, go ahead and pull them out of the slots in the seat.... I dont know how anyone can stand them being like that.

Have you seen these? I don't have one, but it's on my wish list. Although compared to the Badland it weighs 20lbs more and has 3” less lift height.
I saw one in person yesterday at a buddy's shop. It's a cool concept, but a lot heavier and harder to move around than the badlands. He did say he really liked the light on it though.

O'Reilly shows one in store in Stanley, NC. Maybe @jeepinmatt can pick it up for us and give us a review!
I pass by there on my way home from work. I'll try to remember to swing by and take a look. Seems kinda like the angry grille of the jack world though.

Oh you know, 68rfe things 🤦‍♂️

Randy's can send you out a nice, red one to go right back up in there! It may require a blank check though

Oh, as a follow up to my pics a few posts back. It takes the sting out of buying boring safety equipment when it's really freaking cool! I had a spare plastic cap laying around that I stuck that on the end of the nozzle so it doesn't get packed with mud or dirt daubers. I know it's just a fire extinguisher mount, but it's kinda badass :D
