Giving the two wheeled rig some love. Had issues fouling plugs occasionally in really slow, tight races. Stock jetting left a lot to be desired up top too. Acts like it runs out of fuel way too soon with hardly any overrev. Waiting for the slide needle to get here tomorrow and do some plug chops.

Just hooked up another throttle body. Seems to run good, throttle isn't sticking anymore. Hope to drive it Sunday if I make it back from the MTB trip in one piece

Fixed a buddies shock mounts on his SAS xterra the other day. The shop that originally did the work half assed it. I got him back to having uptravel and being able to cycle the suspension freely

Finished the last tubes on my bumper.

Then helped my dad @moldman05 make a tool to get the bead into position on his bead locks and mounted up a 42 tsl. He is going to try cut tsls instead of his iroks if we can get them all mounted and installed.

May be cutting them in the parking lot lol.

Keep working clamps closer together.

Before you know it, entire bead is started where it should be, ready to bolt on the ring.

A little soap to help the ring slide on the tire while tightening the bolts.

I really want to learn how to do tube work. I got the plate shit down but never messed with any tubing

Put a snorkel on.

Not that I plan on ever going deep enough to use it, but more for insurance and dusty URE roads, waiting on my pre-cleaner from brown Santa.

RE springs and Fox shocks for the TJ. I know that the damn Fox label is upside down but that's the only way I could get them secure. You can read it better when I get on the shiny side at the SHOP on the next ride. Gained about 2" more clearance for the 37's. View attachment 226550 View attachment 226551
Easy fix just let the nitrogen out and the canister will rotate on the hose end so you can turn to the label on the other side that fox turns the opposite direction.

Fixed alternator bracket, replaced a pita coolant hose, made tabs and welded them to the chassis for the accumulator, made a stainless hose with an fittings, mounted sandwhich adapter, painted tabs, made and replaced a 7' battery cable, time for a shower!
