Wired up some interior lights on the pontoon. At the dock, in the water. I don’t recommend. My trailer is an hour away. I’d have hauled it out otherwise. I swam under the boat pulling wires and zip tying crap no less than ten times. Two trips to the hardware store as well, because you have to. Had both kids pulling wires and holding stuff. They’re finally old enough where I can start getting free labor. It’s nice. Can’t wait to yell at them when they hold the flashlight wrong. Right of passage.

Started tearing down the Barbie Jeep to check out the damage. I bought this with a broken cam chain which is pretty common on these 2.0's around 120-150k miles.

Bought this pile yesterday. High mileage gmc 3500 with the 6.0. Gonna use it as mobile storage until I'm ready to pull the engine and put it in the 3+3.

Been chasing a rattle on the TJ. It got louder last night. Some mountain biking lumber salesman recommended checking torque converter bolts since the trans was new when we got the Jeep. He was right. Not a drop of loctite in sight either.

Finished up the throttle linkage on the cj5 then robbed the rear bumper off of it for the TJ.

Ripped what seems to be about 200’ of wire and a couple of dead lightbars/pods and switches out of the TJ today. Cleaned it up a bit with an AuxBeam pod. Just need to find a good switched power circuit to fire it up for good.
