Awesome!!! I may get that instead of cobbling some shit together out of scrap
I made one for toy diffs a long ass time ago. Same premise, but the part that attaches to the housing is crescent shaped and captures 4 holes. Take a diff gasket, cut off top 4 holes, trace on 1/4" steel, cut and weld to 1 5/8 toob. Gusset to hell and back on the sides.
I'll post a pic later this evening

Pretty much what I was going to do. I have a bunch of square tube scraps and tabs laying around and I was going to booger weld all that together.

The base is a Ford 9-in holder that I picked up from speedway. It has a 5/8 fine thread bolt. So inside the tube of the Toyota holder I welded a 5/8 nut on the inside of a big washer. That way I can tighten it down and hold it in place

Dude WTF?? 😂😂

Duane
The real nut kicker is, I didn't break any glass, but then smashed out my extra cab window on the tree after the one I flopped into after getting it back over and continuing up the trail!

Rough start to the day! Fine after that

Hahah, I took a dumb line and thought I could drive out of it and, well nope.

This reminds me that I need a cage, bad.

But look how everything stayed tied down in the bed of the truck! You were prepared!

I have been trying out different ways to tie down tools and spares, looks like I found a winner. I used to have a big ass tote thing, and I'm pretty sure that would have yard saled.

Yeah. That was pretty close. Glad you’re good. How’s the roof look now?
Porta power gets here tomorrow. But here is how it left URE, the only "new" damage is the roof, door frame and the smashed window that didn't even happen in the flip. The rest is preexsisting.

Door overlaps the cab, and you can stick your fingers up in some of the gaps.
