Shroud done, steering and washer fluid resi mounted. Be about a week before I can get back on it. Gotta build some trailing arms for a customer, and strip a couple tons of copper wire...

Just don't put a new set of tires on! lol Tight is right!

P.S.
I think the brake pedal is actually supposed to face the driver

This makes me want to work on my ranger, but then I think of all the stuff I would have to do to it to make it look nice... it works as it is, lol

My heart is broke this thread hit the second page with no update don't quit on us now
That just tells me other ppl are building cool shit too. Sometimes business and family slow down progress, will be back on it next week.

The exhaust is roughed in, just lack finish welding from the y-pipe back and adding a couple v-bands from the trans back.

I quickly remembered why I hate mig welding aluminized steel. The passenger side of the 'y' I mig'd, and even though the entire exhaust will be wrapped, I ground it down smooth. The drivers side I tig'd, much easier, a little slower, but zero grinding. The remainder will be tig'd- only 30 joints to finish....

I bought a large mandrel bend kit, but honestly using pie cuts went much faster because it allowed much more manipulation of the radii' and angles...and there are some wacky angles. Certainly the pie cuts take longer in the welding job, but I do love welding.

Unless someone can steer me away, I'm going to solid mount (but removable) the exhaust from the engine skid back. The entirety of exhaust flex will occur from the motor mounts to the flex joint and rubber hanger. Worked fine on the buggy.

Exhaust photo dump...my apologies if I've duplicated a previous pic from above.
