How hard is that starter going to be to get off? Any concerns about heat soaking the accumulator?
Starter comes right out, zero interference. Accumulator isn't as close a it looks, good 2-3 inches of air gap all around (and the exhaust will be wrapped) . Shouldn't get any hotter than the oil in the engine anyway, wouldn't want to shoot cold oil in a hot block when it's starved...I leave the valve open once I unload it off the trailer anyway, so it's cycling oil in and out at every crank. How hard is that starter going to be to get off? Thanks my friend!Badass! Looks good brother...
Going to give sharkhide a try for now. Scotchbrite entire chassis, acetone, sharkhide. If it makes it through the winter without rusting, I'll leave it this way, if not it will get painted.Outstanding work as usual! What kind of finish are you going to put on all of the tube/metal work?
now your just showing off...mad creativity.
