100s of thousands labor hours? really? 100000 divided by 24hrs a day divided by 365 means he took over 11.4 years around the clock to built it. DAMN

I think that's standard for most everyone's builds that I've seen on here :D

11 years to complete... yes.
Working round the clock on it.... no.

I mean, I started working on my pile in '02. Thats a 17 year build right there.
The fact that only about 5 of those years, cumulatively, involved any kind of notable work... well... ok so I was doing a lot of, er, mental work.... planning and such....
 
Looked at the math again. If he started when it was brand new (in 82) and only worked 10 hr days everyday 365 he'd be almost done. lol



Coming from the guy whos had a car in a paint shop for 42 months

Assuming only 1 person working on it.
I've had over 200 hours billed on a project in a single week.

But 100,000 hours...uhh no
