Now have the truss done. Minus the brake tabs and limit strap connections; I'll get to those when the upper shock mounts are complete to optimize placement.

Upper shock mounts are complete. Sheet metal is trimmed to fit just needs a little fine tuning. Springs are incoming

Awesome question Pinkston, I'm sure ol' jeeps is chuckling right about now and rocky at WOD is shaking his head. [emoji15]

i have multiple recommendations from multiple reputable persons with multiple different trains of thought and science. Therefore i will be conducting some experiments with the "light spring" theory and the "heavy spring" theory . To simplify. ...i ordered 12 springs...and will also order a shim kit. Worst case scenario i will order only 2 more, best case - with these 12 i can apply 10 different primary rate combos from light to heavy.

I am very intrigued by this spring science and am eager to dive in. You may see me at an event doing a full spring swap, nitrogen change and re-shim.

I'm looking forward to putting my few remaining brain cells in turmoil over this idea to go coil overs.

Seed - and the upper mounts only weigh about 9 lbs each. More than tube i know but i like the style change.
