* Invite open to all RESPONSIBLE 4x4 enthusiast, who enjoy
having a good time,while wheeling, camping and meeting new freinds and fellow wheelers.
*(when) September 7,8,9th 07
*(where) Group camp in Uwharrie National Forest
*(how much $) 25 dollars covers
one meal ticket
one raffle ticket
2 nights camping at group camp
and pays to enter one vehicle in the field
events
This does not include trail riding fees. You gotta get your passes at the Out post.
We also have our annual Poker Run as well as a great raffle. The field events are a fun, simple competition for several trophies to be awarded Saturday night before Raffle(spark plug change, tire change, roll to the line, balance beam and/or other events) Poker Run is just that...a run through a pre-designated trail route to find the dealers placed throughout the trail system...Best poker hand gets a trophy. We award a 1st overall, 2nd overall and a 1st place for each event trophy. This is lots of organized chaotic fun. So come on out & join us.
Pre-registration is a must...if you want a guaranteed meal on sat. night..........on-site registration is ok, but will not guarantee a meal....either way, just come on out!! I will post registration form soon.

had lots of fun riding shotgun with the CTB guys at mtn city a while back, so im gonna have to make it to this one.... more motivation to get finished up with that dang MJ, im just waiting on pre reg info
 
Sweet it should be even more fun. I was planning to attend this year myself. I had a blast a few years ago when I made it to the Fun Caravan..
 
We have received a good number of entries so far, but we want to see lots more!! This is a great chance to have some good clean.........um...dusty fun!! Post up and sign up.
 
Hey guys quick lil tidbit of questions that will help me and possible others.

-Where is the camping?
-I strictly follow no drinking on trail but at nights I require a beer or 2. That ok with this group or should we keep the "special" cooler at home?
-I haven't been up to URE in a years. I'm coming with a yj on 35"s and the other guy is sporting a bl and 31"s. Last time I remember there being plenty of alternates to avoid spots too tough. He actually likes his bodywork just trying to slowly move him into this. There should be ways to get around if something is too challenging for him correct? I've never gone out there with less than 33"s and honestly I don't remember last week lil alone years ago
 
^ i've been in something on 38's to a stock wrangler. no problems in anything. i said your buddy will be fine. but like i told you i havent been in a good two years either. i doubt UNF is that different. and most of the trails have pretty easy bypasses.
 
We are camping at group camp.
Your right , No beer on roads or trails.......But I have never heard of a cooler check, at camp.......thats all i can say.:rolleyes:

Yes there are plenty of bypasses....and also a little tip for every one. If you are in an open top rig, think DUSTMASK!
