GONOVRIT Build-up

Dont knock it till you try it. This aint pre-school. Its supposed to look cool, not be safe. :flipoff2:

Well while yall were bitch'n I went out and did some more work...
Notched the frame for steering...then added some bracing.

If you weren't so worried about using your dimple dies, you could use stronger gussets.
Limit strap looks weak.
:flipoff2:

Sooo. How many pages are you gona have on this build-up before you finish? 10 pages does not make it anymore capable, it means you're slow. Unless your stumped

I'm glad you're excited about wiring it up, kinda scary knowing you'll be the one "finishing it":flipoff2:

Its almost all yours JT. I have a few small details im leaving for ya... :flipoff2:

You guys and your 1/4" plate...when will you ever learn. :lol:I mean i guess if you dont have a good design then 1/2" plate will band-aid it. :flipoff2::lol: Brax, the dimples could be used up to 3/16, and probably 1/4 if i got a bigger press. :flipoff2:

EDIT: I  this thread. Its almost like being on the trail with all the shit talking. :) Actually, thats where i will be, while yall continue this discussion.

JT, you got this thing running yet? :wheel:

Well V2.0 is officially done! Its already had 1 mild wheeling trip but its really going to get tested in Harlan this wknd:driver:

I wanted to give a big public thanks to some of my friends who made this rig come together.
farmboy--Sam basically slaved his whole summer setting up my suspension and drivetrain.
JThomas--John got the engine wired, plumbed and running.
JeffB--Jeff plated my stock knuckles and it turned out awesome, he also assembled my D60
jeepinmatt-Matt tapped my steering box for hydro assist
UNBREAKABLE--Justin helped me get some misc stuff done while I was down with a broken collarbone, also welded my beadlocks and rear axle
firetoy, Kilbys85--Tim and Travis up at VICE Offroad did some great work finishing up this rig-built the skid, flat dash, floorboad and ALOT of other stuff.

To tw89yj(Travis),BIGWOODY(Greg) and rockmafia(Jim)-thanks for answering all my questions-Yall know I was lost on some of this stuff:lol:

looks good. hope to see it out and about!

Looks good Josh! Maybe we can ride together sometime this year.

Thanks guys, I'm really looking forward to seeing you all out as well. I've got wheeling trips planned every month through the
4th of july already. I just hope I can keep it together:wheel:.

You get new springs in the front?
Nope, bastardized 'em. I've got a feeling that V3.0 will get started before the end of the year:rolleyes:
