So… question…

Was her 21 year old son an invalid or handicapped in some manner?

I’m left wondering if this article is exposing the mom of neglect of her handicapped son, or is it exposing how lazy the son was?

Gotta be the former, since it refers to her as his primary caretaker. She wouldn't be responsible if he were a typical adult.

Murder 2 is really bold though as it requires having some level of intent and knowing what you're doing.

Either she's a super big piece of shit or the DA is going in heavy on assumption of a plea and she's only a big piece of shit.

Agreed, it's what I deduced too. Then again, some of the stories of lazy POS's I hear about, you just don't know these days. Point being that the author sucks at their job.

I didn't know you needed permits to party. Maybe that's why RPD always came and tried to bust us up in college, we just didn't have a permit.

He had a medical issue possible heat attack is what i heard haven't talked to any of my EMS friends to find out. He was 76 yo. He didn't drink to my knowledge he defended people who drink and drive. If you had the money he could get you out of anything. I know a few who had the money they are not story's for on here. The 2 top lawyers died this year in Harlan he was one of them.

that appears to be some sort of city park or whatever......so Im sure there is a reservation process

and that pic is from well after its been 'dispersed'. there were many hundreds of people there filling the entire circle with cars trying to get in and out causing traffic backups. The heli got there as it was being broken up

but yea.....that many bored cops showing up like that? I never want to hear 'underfunded' again
