well, was able to get the intercooler mounted. also had to make a shield and opening to pull the motor out. think it turned out pretty good. did alittle work to the front, tranny cooler and couple more braces.

That's freaking beautiful.

is that tube going to be welded to the sheet?
I see your aftercooler is solid mounted to your cage, you're not worried about any sort of flex induced from the engine that could crack it?

killer looking set up Tim.

my last buggy all the coolers were solid mounted and i never had issues. i think the chassis should be pretty regid.

Gotcha, just curious, not critisizing your buggy's chassis, especially since I'm the one that can barely notch a tube ;)

(tap tap tap)

You've got time to buy new trucks, you've got time to build stuff for me to look at at work Tim. . . . :D

little update, sent the motor off to be built along with the tranny. when i get them back i am going to install everything, wheel it a couple times, tear it done and paint it.

Tim, you crazy mofo. That thing is the sickest buggy i've seen. And i thought your last one was sweet. This one just tops the cake. You're gonna have to take it out and wheel with it when i get back over to the east coast brotha!
