How did we not die? I remember throwing them straight up and seeing how close you could stand to them when they came back down......or throwing them AT your buddy rather than the ring. Good times

We played this all the time, throw it straight up with 2-3 friends under it, last one to move wins. Plus those yellow rings had all kinds of holes in them when we played Jarts for real.
1980s cornhole.

Psh. Amateur. We don't even think about stopping til the wife's van hits zero. (But I also calculated that it has an excessive 2.5-3 gallons left when it shows 0 miles)

Might as well start calling mine , a Trailer Queen! Seems the past year, or more, it traveled mostly on the trailer. I Thought when it came home without a hood, it would stay. But no, out it went again! Brought it back today. Tow baby had to have some fuel, & so did I, before getting home. I didn't even Think about the near empty Jeep, while I was fueling the truck at a cheap station! Damn

The tundra at 0 miles to go will only take 19.8 gallons of fuel.
It has a 27 gallon tank.
I’ve gone 50 miles past zero multiples times
I'm in this camp as well. First thing I do with a new car is research how big the tank is, then track what the average fillup is when the light comes on.
My car is still basic (which I love) and just has a gas light. I hit the trip meter when it comes on, then know I have at least 2 gals @ 30 mpg, so 60 more miles before I start to sweat it.

But I will admit, got bit in the ass once bc I overlooked the fact that thanks to a rock and dent/crumple in the tank in my 4runner, this math was not what it used to be.... oops.
