Ran up to Newton today. Stopped for gas on the way back & reset the mpg button. Just a lazy cruise in my 6K pound empty truck, cruise set on 65 mph. Rpm looks like 1500. Got up to 23.2 mpg! Wacky computer will show things like this, but yet if I run back & forth to work, it will slowly drop to 15mpg. Well, yeah, but I'd have to drive 100 Interstate miles, to even get it back up to "Showing", maybe 19 mpg! I don't get that?

We baled from 1pm til 6am with about an hour down for a tractor break down. Still didn't get it all up before the rain. Rolled ~80 bales though.

The boys also enjoyed seeing the big tractor.

The military claims it costs too much to ship them back from overseas. I disagreed so I bought them.

Interesting fact, I looked up the name on the ship and it's the one that the houthis or how ever you spell it, claim to have struck with a missile earlier this year.

She asked what we were riding to Nanas this morning .....I told her the white truck (crew cab obs Ford..its the third string backup)....normally it's '04 Dodge. This was her response . But in true Ford fashion it wouldn't start and Papa had to come get us in the Camry.
