Celebrated the 70# weight loss mark by running a 12K trail race yesterday. 1200' of elevation change on a single track mountain bike trail. Was a challenge to say the least.
Feel great and I have improved every aspect of my life.

Low sugar, single ingredient food, mainly plant based, nothing from a bag or a box. After month 4 I went organic whenever possible as well. We also rarely go out to eat. 5 times since March to be exact.
Haven't considered carbs, fat, bread, etc. I simply did the aforementioned and I feel great.

Now, ready to fish. Gave 2/3 away to an older gent who loves to fish but can't quite do the whole deal anymore.

Also, strangely, showed a couple of Japanese women how to use their casting net. They finally got the hang of it.

Wind on the beach is all bass-ackward blowing biting flies from the dunes. Maybe leftover Hermine stuff?
