Today was moving day for the firetruck bed out to the new shop. As soon as the shop is operational, will be building a trailer frame for it

I let the smoke out of the trailer winch today, so had to use the Jeep winch.

I was surprised by a quick search! Some John Deer, Euclid, & Dresser/International, used the Detroit/GM 253 engine.
That's probably a JD.
