Mowed, weed eated, washed the bikes, pulled weeds, cut trees, trimmed limbs and cleaned garage. Perfect day to babysit the Big Green Egg.
Smoked sweet potatoes and smoked beets was round #1. Around #2 was chicken thighs, breasts and country style ribs.
Now lunch and supper are covered through Thursday.

Grilled some Bambi back straps. Ended up doing some chunks just to speed things up. Little pepper and some onion powder.

Local brisket burgers (Juicy Lucy style) with local jalapeno thick bacon. Topped off with heirloom tomato from local farmers market.
Pretty dang tasty after a day in the shop!

Wahoo steaks - pulled out of the Atlantic on Sunday never frozen.

Kept it super simple - salt, pepper, little paprika - a light butter reduction glaze
