picking up the shocks this weekend. shock hoops will be here monday. still gotta do the 63s for the rear to level it out and get the front driveshaft worked out. then i get to start working on the D60.
haha...i quit counting b/c i didn't wanna get pissed off at myself. it's probably close to $2-3K after completely rebuilding the axle and all the other parts for the SAS.
.....and nah, i think i'll hold onto the bike. haha. i did have it for sale a few months ago only to finish up my truck and build another shovelhead, but the truck is done and the other shovel motor and frame i was gonna use to build a rigid bobber are long gone now.
looks good! Do you still have any of the IFS parts you took off? A buddy of mine needs a sway bar. He has a 96 Taco...I wonder if it would be the same.
got my sliders welded on today. still gotta swap out the front springs for some yota rears i put together, get the locker for the rear, and have a front driveshaft made.
thanks. i've known buff all my life. him and my dad use to run around together when they were younger. he's always been around old school harleys and so have i, so i've come to know him pretty well over the years. really good guy. how do you know him?
