the hundred push ups training program

Ya'll dont forget to STRETCH and WARM UP before doing all these pushups. It'll help prevent further injuries.

Also don't forget that the rest times are different between sets for each day.
 
Eighth set is right. Week five ends with eight sets on the last two days.

wow, I never looked that far ahead

I was on vacation last week. I brought my sheet with me, in case I decided to workout, but opted for the break.

But now it looks like I may have blown a gasket and got some sort of hernia going on, need to call the doctor, definitley taking a break.
 
I strained my back Saturday (unrelated to this program). Will get back on this in a few days.
 
Did week 5 day 2 last night after taking a couple of days off. 19-19-22-22-18-18-22-50
Mah right elbow sounds terrible while doing the pushups...
 
Was up to the last workout of week six when the snow came. Had to work friday night and crazy hours since with snow removal. So have not been able to do any push ups so I guess I will start over Monday on week six again.
 
yesterday was Week 6 - day 3 - column 3

26, 26, 33, 33, 26, 26, 22, 22, 70(min60)

now they say to take 2 days off and try the 100.. so tomorrow I plan to test for the 100 if my muscles feel good.. otherwise Tuesday. I guess we will see if it really works :)
 
bump, anyone still doing this?? I need to start, again.

I went thru entire program all the way to the end but when I did final test I only got to 75...

so I probably should start again to get to 100.. but I started P90X and I think that will help me loose weight faster :)
