same here. It sucks knowing what I used to be able to do compared to what I'm able to do now.I used to work out daily about 6 years ago. I could do 50 pushups on a whim, and let me tell you I was not prepared for the realization of the pile of mush I have become.
.
Eighth set is right. Week five ends with eight sets on the last two days.ya mean 5th set?
I just finished day 2 successfully.
10 - 12 - 8 - 8 - 15 (12 was max)
I noticed the rest time increases from day 1 to 2 to 3. Don't know if anyone else may have missed that too.
I'm taking a little different approach to this. I'll try day one every other day until I can do it successfully. Then day two every other day until successful. Then day three every other day. After successfully doing day three, I'll take 2 days off before starting day one of week 2.
Since day 2 was successful and felt pretty good last night, I'll start on day 3 tomorrow. Until last night it felt like my arms were ripping out of my torso. What a pansy I've become. lol
I don't see the difference? Following the program, (3 days a week) is every other day then two days off. There may be a week here and there that I do pushups four days. I'm not going to get all tore up about it, no biggie.
Heck, doing ONE pushup ONE day a week is more than I was doing.
Week 4, Day 1, column 3
21, 25, 21, 21. 27(min 32)
I didn't think I'd be able to that many. I's a tired
My right shoulder was aching and woke me up during the night Tuesday. Ached at work all day Wednesday just sitting at my desk. I bagged the workout last night. I might be out for good. Seems like my right shoulder just can't take the abuse for more than about four/five workouts.
