What have you done for your health today?

Anyone here using the AG1 athletic greens supplement powder and have any real world reviews? Seen it on VGG awhile back and just started seeing commercials on it.
I started using it about a month ago thanks to @tobaccoroad4wd. Dang peer pressure 🙄 It's still early and this is probably TMI but I've definitely seen an improvement in regularity. I did way too much reading before I pulled the trigger. Pricey for sure but considering all the goodies, it's still cheaper than my previous supplement regime. Also, mixing in a packet of crystal light is the cat's pajamas!

My favorite Pisgah trail
Can't imagine why? :huggy:

Raced my second short track cross country race last night. Placed 4th out of 5 in the beginner women's group but rode 4 laps instead of 3 (I guess they changed it?) and felt much better than the last race. Which is good bc I want back on the podium!

It’s awesome. Tastes like drinking leafy green vegetables and is a little gritty but it’s not terrible. I typically just add a dash of lime juice, shake it up and down the hatch.
I’m sure my increase in activity level and the decrease in carbs and sugar intake has played a slight roll, but as of this morning I’m 15 lbs down.

Memorial Day workout here was the following:
- 5 sets of flat dumbbell bench press
- 4 sets of walking lunges
- 5 sets of barbell OHP
- 5 sets of skull crushers with the EZ curl bar
- 3 sets of modified situps

Going to go for a walk later this afternoon hopefully.

Followed @shawn around on a mountain bike for 11.7 miles.
It's everything @UTfball68 dreamed it would be 🍑🤣
Spandex for daaaaaaayyyyyyssss

Low key, jelly. Did he give himself a wedgie to show off his ass, like I imagine in the shower?

Doc visits the last 2 days.
#1 was a follow up with my family doc for the pisser infection. all good there, and I've lost 8 lbs.
Weight loss is hard when you're too weak to walk more than 100 yards and run out of breath before that anyway.

#2 was a follow up to a brain MRI .... yes I have a brain and yes (what they can see ) is normal.
The demyelination ( nerve damage) is there and noted, but no where near bad enough to cause an issue.
So no physical cause for any of my Post Covid Symptoms.
He likens whats going on to Fibromyalgea or a concussion.
Slow therapy and small steps for easily attainable goals. In other words .... time.
The problem is there is no way to tell how much time.
At this point ALL drs have said "long slow recovery" and one has even said this may just be the way I'm gonna be from now on.

But at least the Jeep Thing is gone .... it don't burn when I pee now!
But I have noticed scars and "permanent" (?) bruising from all the blood tests and such.
And, be on the lookout for a post for a wheeler Samurai for sale or trade. 😞

I’m not sure if I improved my health or made it worse (dem blisters!), but I did a 30 mile overnight backpacking trip through URE then turned around the next weekend and did 9 in the Grayson Highlands. I’m itching to do a 40-50 miler now after changing up my socks/shoes and getting a down quilt.

Ran a 5k this morning after not having ran at all this year (I hate running). I would have been slower but the dog made me keep the pace up. Not too bad of a result

I think we got 3rd place in the people with dogs category that I made up. But got whooped by some people with kid strollers

Gotta watch those People with Kid Strollers types. Plenty of places to hide batteries, and they can lean on them to take some weight off their feet. Totally different class from People with Dogs.
