Does drinking large cups of coffee from the fast food clown in rapid succession count? It's given me the coffee shits......so does this count as a cleanse?
You all thought i was kidding when i said i would leave the bike in the middle of the road and start walking. Somebody even took a pics of it laying there. lol
I'm still doing the same thing I have been doing for the past 2 years of WFH. Here is a summary of the past week, which is about the same every week.
Sat: 13-14 mile bike ride on the greenway with my son
Sun: Rest, LOL
Mon: Flat and incline dumbbell bench press, lying leg raises
Tue: Walking lunges with dumbbells in the morning, and a 45 minute hike during lunch on a new section of the MTS trail that is 5 minutes from my house
Wed: Dumbbell rows and EZ curl bar pushups in the morning. Skull crushers and bicep curls during lunch
Thur: Tricep kickbacks and hammer curls in the morning. 40 minute bike ride during lunch
Fri: Side raises, rear raises, and front raises for shoulders
Solid week on the bike. Been way more active the last month and getting my diet in check. Bunch of races coming up and I wanna be more competitive this year. Down 12# last month and definitely have my climbing legs back.
1.5 yr ago, I was 220 and sub 15% bf and growing. Some personal life fires, brought on untold stress/depression and lost 40lbs. Got back in the gym today, and starting a new beginning.

Anybody got a Peloton? I was skeptical as hell but the wife wanted one.
It’s awesome in every way. Had it for a week and have used it everyday. I’m going to use it as my primary cardio piece and still lift every day. It’s reignited my need to bike, need to dust the mountain bikes off and hit the trails soon but it’s hard with the newborns. I just completed my first hour ride and it was great. 18+ miles and 900+ cals burned.
Username is ChambersDad22 if anyone has one and wants to ride.
Good morning of climbing yesterday at the rock gym. Everyone solved a route that was giving them trouble. We won't be able to get over there for a couple of weeks, though, so working on a home routine to build stamina over the next three weeks.
2 workouts today for Memorial Day:
1st was the Murph at F3 Dawghouse at 0530:
1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
1 mile run
Then since it’s a holiday, the guys at F3 Afton didn’t get started until 0700, so I thought “why not double up?!” Got 11 miles on the road bike with them.
