What have you done to your rig today?

Started on a set of slideys

Not the rig, but the rig-dragger. Put a set of airbags on it. Now maybe @shawn will hate on it 3% less.

Still trying to figure out why the PO installed a gooseneck hitch but no airbags.

Holy shit, look at those tiny springs. The pack on a fucking Suburban is twice as thick as that.

Took the nerf bars off.The bolts were about loose when I took them off.The 22 yo cab bushings are hard and obviously had shrunk. Tightened up the bolts and the truck rides smoother!

TJ tank swap is done. Next step is to begin working on the exhaust and new crossmembers. I sold my 37” STT Pro tires and am waiting on my 37” Baja Boss to arrive so while it’s on jack stands I changed tranny fluid and resealed the pan so no more leaks. I also did the Monstalined in the interior of the tub. It looks great so far. I’m doing the second coat tonight. Then I can begin putting the Jeep back together some what. The PRP had an mistake so I had to ship them back and they are making them right. Hopefully they are back before my trip to Rausch.

Finally got around to getting the rusted-out blazer body off the frame. Gonna throw one of the cucv truck cabs I have on it and hopefully plug everything back in and be rolling. @UncleWillie can vouch for how rough this body was when he brought it home for me from wv and it had gotten so bad you were chasing the pedals and steering wheel when you were driving so it hasn't seen much action the last couple years.

Hopefully my trailer fits between the lift since I didn't bother to measure before and now it's stuck there... GREAT (In my best Derek from VGG voice)

Rusty enough that I questioned your sanity when I picked it up.

Finally mounted my muffler out of the way for good, took some time but no more getting beat up from obstacles

fit the repainted craigslist rear bumper and drilled some holes to get it mounted up. angle of approach improved from 29 degrees to 33. when the bumpers were off i measured angle of approach to the tire and it was 35 degrees on my sweet arse harbor freight angle finder
