just because someone says it could get ugly doesnt mean there MUST be a fight, could just be lots of yelling like ADULTS, but when someone says they will take them to the ground that to me seems more like a threat but i guess i could be wrong?
 
I have read this whole thread, and like most i do not have any personal interest in this matter except watching a good member get slandered. So im going to share my thoughts and feelings.

1. AS IS is AS IS. Take him to court, you will loose your ass and he will counter sue for wages from day of work and win.

2. Its gonna be ugly... can be taken many different ways, the way i took it, was your gonna beat him down, so i can see how anyone else could take it that way.

3. Why is it his fault your life was fucked up for 2 years and you left water sitting in the oil that long? Your an moron. If i bought a motor with water in the oil (which I wouldnt) I would get the water out asap, it takes 10mins to change the oil, ive seen you post on here in the past 2 years, so i doubt u didnt have 10mins free.

4. If you do not know anything about motors, and someone COULD take advantage of you, then you have no business buying a loose motor like that. You need to go buy a rig somewhere. Or, if you have a buddy that would have installed it, then i think your buddy should have been there before you bought the engine.

5. Your pictures look suspect, and looks as if the stuff was smeared around on the engine to look bad.. I especially like the perfectly clean oil sitting on that one side.... Not to mention the bubbles in the BOTTOM of the bottle of "oil". it looks as if it was shaken very well before the photo op. You should move to hollywood.

6. Last but not least, You called his work. That makes you an automatic piece of shit. If you screw with somebodies living, you deserve to get your ass kicked, no matter what went down, thats immature, whats not immature is kicking your ass AFTER that, thats the way a man handles somebody as low as you, because logic and reason obviously is beyond your mental ability.

hate to say it. 'as is' is 'as is' two days, two months, two unbelievable years, doesn't matter. it is the buyer responsibility to know what they are buying. you should have checked the oil when you bought it.

How in the world could you expect him to know about a cracked cylinder head, anyway? They don't just start spewing water or oil out the side of them..

By the way, I found some videos of Jon's buggy from 11-19-2005.. Anyone remember Barclay saying "YOU LOST YOUR NUTS"? Yeah, that day...

Example: you had time to go to tellico destroy your emplyer's company truck(sombody should call them and let them know you did it on purpose), get drunk , piss on your cigs, and then smoke them.

and the oil was drained after this pic was taken not to long after i bought it.

never fired??? if thats the case most of the cars I work on aren't firing on any of the cylinders.....Me thinks you haven't looked at the inside of too many motors. I don't know if there was something wrong or not, I do know I heard that motor run at DPG for the last time and it was running on all 8 at that time. I know because I'm silently critical about the mechanics of peoples rides. (an exhaust leak really bothers me for some reason) I would have noticed that thing running poorly.

then why the clean cly?
 
the head that was cracked ? was it mounted on that side of the block ? ( betting it was) if so, the cyl was steam cleaned as it ran, and it doesn't take much water to have it happen.

I'm sure there those out there who have de-carboned an engine by slowly pouring water thru the carb while it was running.

This is what happens.
 
that thing was never steam cleaned. It was propane powerplant though...if that had anything to do with it.
 
If he wants to involve work places cause he cant deal with it, i have an appt on tues with my business' lawyers. Ive got a million $ coverage for crap like this. He assured me they will have any and all retribution repayed - so you better hope i dont loose my job. Dont slander and threaten me on the internet and think I wont do anything in return. Im done with this, they will handle it.

btw - when i get some free time today im going to scan the bill of sale and post it.
 
Joel got booted for is BS with a mod...then suddenly this crap appears....
why the clean cyl? I think your showing how little you know about engines. The only thing that pic show me is that its got new +.040 pistons. Unless the motor was bagged its hard to say. A good pressure washing would easily push that much water in.
Ok, So I do know Bill and Joel, I know a lot of people that can do a lot of things, and many of them I would not take an engine to. And what would I need to ask them ? Verify that it took 4 people to take the motor apart ?
I personally think you took this to far and need to make a few phone calls. 1 to 4WP and straighten some shit out and 1 to Jon to tell him your sorry and you own him a few beers.... That's what I think.. And I think that until that happens your gonna look like the biggest asshat around and nothing will change that. Where I'm from people end up with concrete shoes for doing shit like that...:rolleyes:
