Believe me I asked. They tried to accommodate too. Measurements just didn’t work out. And yes, I offered to let them take my trailer as well.

Just throw it up on the hood of the XJ and put a couple of bungies on it.

if your trailer was 8 feet longer or more then this one that would have been possible but with only 2 more feet it was just a little tight :)
 
Be safe on the road and good luck for the race!! I’ll be tuned in to root for you!! A buddy I went to school with is also running. His name is Tad Dowker in the 313 buggy.
 
I’ll be tuning in at work Wed to watch. Got some folks interested and they’re curious about the whole concept.

Good luck my friend. For all the prep a dose of luck seems necessary on that course! You’ve certainly done all the other to get ready.

I saw Kevin posted some pictures on FB but nothing so far about the Stock XJ EMC race jeep.
 
We did not qualify. We had to fix power steering issues.

We did race and completed 106.5 miles.

I will update more once I settle in.
