The radiator will be mounted by 8 rubber isolators(like mount a Harley oil tank)

The 40" sticky Terps look sweet on the the Racelines....

Got the Rad mounted. There will be a piece of 1/8" trimmed to match the contours infront of the mount to the tube work with speed holes....






The bushing are the heavy duty ones used on HD motorcyles. They are one piece all the way through not the ones that are molded washers so they should hold nicely.

little progress

Bent another few bars.. Rolled and bent a ba to match the grill, then mounted the grill and started motor protection...



Started laying out the rest of the bars for the front with tape to look for issues...

Seen this the other night again, noticed a MAJOR problem! It's sitting backwards in the shop! Complete teardown and startover! Only way to fix this rookie mistake!

Works pretty slick doesen't it! Paint it and drill a hole in it, it's a tool now. Glad to help a little. Got a few other home made tools I'll show ya! Looks good man!
