20x31x12 high. The center is waaay taller than 12 ft. I was trying to extend my tape measure up there to see, but the wind is blowing too bad today.

The next longest size was almost 700 more. Which would have been 36 long iirc.
 
Got some more work done. In this installment we tackle the lower part of the kitchen. Countertops,cabinets furnace removal and a new storage compartment created by removing furnace.

Started tearing it all apart.

Stove out, you can see the furnace. I'm gonna get rid of it.

Old counter top...I could try to recover this, but it has water damage and is swollen and it s falling apart. Well....guess I'll just copy this pattern and build it all new.

After tracing the pattern on new plywood, I cut it out and started working on the new formica.

After a good bit of work, the old vinyl is out from under the cabinets. I had to unscrew and lift all the electrical stuff too, as the vinyl laid beneath it all. It was nasty and needed a trip to the dump.
I cleaned all of the wires, hoses, corners nooks and crannies. Even fixed the wheel well with a 4lb sledge hammer. It went back together really easy with virtually no gaps.I used waterproof sticky tape,on the inside to make sure it was all sealed up. Then added new wood.
Then finally, I sprayed the area with anti mold juice, let it dry, then painted the entire under cabinet area with killz.

After the counter top was done, I put it aside and focused on the lo
wer cabinates. The framework was fine so I elected to resurface it. I carefully removed the old paneling and made patterns onto new paneling (same as walls) Then I had to grind away the old staples etc.. Attached new paneling then used the router to cut out my holes.

Just curious, and I’m sure others are too, how come you decided not to go back with the furnace?
 
You dont have to peel your rv like a banana..... but it helps!


We removed all trim pcs,box covers and all holding points in between, peeled that sucker back and gained great access. Couple of clamps to the shed pole and we were in bidness.

We replaced alot of wood and some foam..then cut out all the new luan. Added plenty of glue and staples then started making window frames and studs for inside.
We have not yet spray glued the outer shell to the luan. We figured on doing the inside walls first, so we will have something substantial to press on when we start rolling the side wall into the glue. Here's lots of pics.
