Ha..just saw this.
Gear pattern looks decent. You should consult a professional on the next setup.Installed 4.11 gears and a Detroit in the rear 8.25 of my XJ. Added a 30 spline Grizzly and chromoly shafts up front with some used gears for the 30.

This is what I get for being a procrastinator. Smh [emoji35] In case I think of being it repaired vs. just selling the ZJ, where's a good place in Asheville that could repair this for not too much $$? If I had a welder/could weld I'd do it myself. If it was a wheeler instead of a DD I'd get frame stiffeners.![]()
Got the upper link mounts tacked in and sat the Jeep down. Need to find 3 ft of 1.75 so i can replace the mock up upper link. Jk coils helped the ride height a lot.

Nice crocs!Hardcore stuff going down at the house this morning. Replaced the broken dipstick on my XJ. Figured it was time to check the oil after driving it for 4 months.
Pro tip: when you forget your external torx sockets at work, Vise Grips become the universal Torx socket.

View attachment 282756 I took advantage of a little off time last night and today to get my new transmission mocked up for my old beater car. Took out a M21 Muncie and put in a new TKO600 with a scattershield. Trying to decide now whether to remove the old bellhousing motor mounts or just leave them since I am adding a crossmember under the trans.
