Where are the pics of burb this will be going in?
I have a NV4500 sitting in my shop waiting to go in my 90.
It's nothing like that beautiful beast you have. It's a rough 90 model 1500. Getting a 454 I still have to assemble, the 4500, tons from an 84 M1008, and either a 205 or 241. I havent decided.

it’s been a long time since I’ve worked on the Jeep. When you don’t wheel it for a few years, nothing breaks. Wheeled with CTB a few weeks ago and busted a taillight. I thought about going to flush mounted lights but ended up ordering the cheapest set of LED taillights I could find on Quadratec. I didn’t get a pic with the brake lights on because I’m here by myself, but they do work.
Not quite plug and play. The lights come with wires, no connector, so I cut the connector off the old lights and spliced it in. Also, the factory lights have bolts that go thru threaded holes in the body. These lights come with bolts, nuts, and washers. They aren’t the same size, and you can’t use the original bolts because the plastic light housing is so much thicker. The bolts are a larger diameter too so I had to drill out the original holes. Not bad though.
it probably was only an issue for me due to body damage, but I had to trim the plastic license plate holder to make enough room for the driver side light.
both lights have a downward shining license plate light, where the factory lights only had that on the license plate side.

After loading up, I'm little over 1/4" gap at 80psi. Drove to windrock and kept a check on it, all good.Double check your clearance, I went the same route on my 3rd gen (albeit 255/80R17) and still ended up going with spacers. Mine were crazy close under load and made me nervous.
So what's all going on in this scene?
