And so it begins....

Snappy this thing is super pimp. Marsfab is doing some awesome work. I know you are looking forward to getting behind the wheel.
Yeah I had the wife drive the Excurison around the yard at mom and dads with me sitting in the drivers seat making the motor noises..... I got most of the stuff off to get paint on it at the end of the week.

Wow, just WOW!!!! Awesome job Chris but I did not expect no less...Looks really good!!!

I know you are a Happy Snappy!!!! lol Good luck racing, looks good Snappy and glad you finally got to a real close finishing point!!

Looks badass! Snap, you have to be happy with this thing.

Billy came over last night and we ruff plumbed everything. I still have to tighten everything and mount the lines but its ready to get fluids after its painted.

The spacers are used so I didn't have to buy a custom tc. This motor was never paired with a 700. The 2.8 is either exteranlly balanced or no the 3800sc is the oppsite so I cannot use the other fly wheel. This seemed to be the simpliest solution and I can have a new converter the next day if needed rather than waiting for one to be built.

Got about 5 hours in today. It doesn't look like much but all the front lights and fan are wired, the battery box mounted, master killswitch, and 1/0 run to the switch. Also got the right size belt and the coil pack mounted....

Man it's looking good slappy! That front driveshaft is awfully steep at ride height. I wonder if we could mount that pillow bearing frenched into the crossmember to help the angle a little?
