Is 9 miles past where the pavement ends on Carova Beach a decent area? I know it's probably 45 minutes drive down to Kill Devil Hills. Any idea if AT&T cell service works in that area? The reality company has no idea what cell service works.

Its all pretty nice up there with old school fish shacks mixed in here and there. Verizon works all over up there , I suspect AT&T will as well.

You mean, you don't like dodging front bumpers every five feet as you drive up the beach.

Last oct I was upper there doing the annual beach clean up, and we filled a little trailer up with bumper parts.
