Had a great first day.

We went to a custom cup maker and watched them make the cups and then we went wheeling at dirty turtle off road park

Just a stock 2002 Chevy Avalanche. Pulls fine on flat and small hills. Has to work hard for the big hills.

I do have air bags in the back to help level the load.

It will get the job done but not fast.

Today was a pretty cool day. We went to two distillery.

Castle and key and woodford.

Yea thanks. I remember watching this episode last year where they did the Bourbon trip.

Ummm, you are planning on bringing a few of these back for general consumption, right?! ;-)

I was given one and it may be opened this weekend in Harlan.

Day 3. We did a bunch of street shots and then went to WildCat park

Today was the last day. We drove about 2 hrs to Harlan and we did the final interviews and then played around on lower rock garden for a while.

Jacks jeep the red LJ we built over the winter met us here and we had them film him and do some camera shots for a possible article.

All the tv crew left and all the cnc guys have showed up so now we get to really wheel and have fun at Harlan for the next two days.

I've never heard of Wildcat Adventures Offroad Park. How was it?

I think you just have to copy Ian's hair.

Hell to the naw on THAT, and hell to the naw on being on TV!! They tried to interview me at UNCW while moving in my daughter to the freshman dorm on local news....I ran for the hills! Don't want any of my various babymomma to know where I be's at!

He went out with them when Jessie was still on the show in his old XJ. Tellico maybe?

Some of the CNC guys went out to help on one of their builds also, iirc.

The park was great. It would be a blast in a sxs or a buggy. Had some cool trails and then some very tough stuff. Also had a ton of go fast areas.

I would go back

How did you get hooked up with the extreme guys?

I have been freinds with Ian for the last 12 years.

I have been on many rides with him and helped him behind the scenes on a few shows. And lastly we helped him build the XJ for the veteran.

I am usually more of a crew worked behind the scenes and not on camera :)

I had a great weekend with the cnc crew at Harlan. We did a ton of the harder trails and I quickly found that my jeep motor needs some help. I lost a bunch of power over the weekend. So it is time to upgrade.

The second day we did Lions den and then went to mason jar. And then we headed home.
