I've been doing the program for 6 weeks. I redid week 4 and I'm about to finish week 5. The holidays really made me lazy thus the reason for taking me 6 weeks to do 5 weeks worth. Anyway, it does make you stronger. When I started I could squeeze out 20 something maybe. Now I'm well over 40. I'm not sure if I'll ever hit 100 but the program has helped me double up from where I started.
